With a combined interest from our family and other reading professionals we knew we had the right mix of people, skills, and dedication to make Grow Up With Books a tremendous success.

	Phil Dauksys Oversight Phil has held many job titles in his executive career, most recently as an Executive Management Consultant with expertise in Program and Project Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Supply Chain Management, Technology Assessments and Planning Systems Implementations, in which he has held key project management, lead configuration, testing, and rollout roles.  His continued success as an executive, knowledge of business transformation and design, and Project Management ability have lead this new venture into a path of success.
	Chris Dauksys Vice President of Operations Chris has worked in various manufacturing and warehouse operations, both as a key associate and lead management role. His work and experienced gained at various companies are integral parts to the overall success of the Grow Up With Books warehouse. His dedication and knowledge of the newest technology and trends within shipping, receiving, and process control keep our warehouse operating smoothly.
	Julie Dauksys Vice President of Reading Consulting Team Julie has worked in the public school system for 18 years as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and literacy coach. She holds a master's degree in reading diagnosis and pursues a doctorate degree in reading development. Most recently Julie achieved National Board Certification in literacy. Her goal is to help children become lifelong learners and lovers of books and reading.
	Lara Ivey Director of Reading Consulting Team Lara is a twenty year veteran in elementary education who specializes in reading and writing. After 17 years in the classroom, she has taken the last three to read, research, and share findings with the teachers at her children's school as a PTA volunteer and long term substitute. Most recently, she has studied children's literature through the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Lara is known for sharing the love of learning and using rich literature to enhance curriculum across all grade levels.
