By electronically
submitting an order via the GUWB web site, the User is agreeing to be bound by all
of GUWB current terms and conditions related to the purchase or rental of
GUWB products. User's GUWB order will not be confirmed or processed unless User

Membership Payment Plan / Non-refundable:
Membership dues are
non-refundable. Members may cancel at any time online by going to their My
Account page and choosing “stop membership”.

As part of our collection of "Reviews" and "Testimonials", we may provide, directly or through a
third party, specific opportunities for you to tell GUWB and other GUWB members or
users what you think about our products or services. If you take advantage of such a
product review opportunity, you agree to state your opinions lawfully and in
good faith and reveal to others any conflict of interest or relationship that
might influence your views (e.g., if someone is paying or giving you something
for free to encourage you to comment, you agree to make appropriate
disclosures). All comments are the opinions of the person commenting and do not
necessarily reflect the views of GUWB. If you want to keep a comment that you
submit electronically, print it when you see it because we reserve the right to
remove or edit comments and to exercise all rights granted to us under the

GUWB May Terminate User Access:
GUWB may terminate User
access, or suspend any User's access to all or part of GUWB, without notice,
for any conduct that GUWB, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of
any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another User, a
third-party Provider, a Merchant, a Sponsor, a service provider or
GUWB.
Other:
Users may not use GUWB to
send unsolicited advertising, promotional material, or other forms of
solicitation to other Users except in those specified areas that are designated
for such a purpose. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit
card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious
order will be prosecuted. Each electronic entry carries the computer coding of
the internet provider through which the individual User can be traced.
GUWB Service Terms and Conditions:
You must agree to these terms and conditions before you can become a member of this site.
Membership and Use of Site:
By subscribing to this service (GUWB), you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein. The applicable parties to this Agreement are the Subscriber and GUWB. This Agreement is subject to change at any time. In order to become a subscriber, you certifiably agree you are at least 18 years of age or older. GUWB reserves the right to reject submission deemed in violation of these terms and conditions, or any incomplete or illegal submission.
Penalty:
All of our
books are sent and returned with a mylar mailing envelop that protects the book
inside from any destruction that would make the book unusable with severe
tears, bent pages, markings, or water-logged. If you damage or lose a book have rented, you must go to your account
and click on the "Keep a Book" link under the "My Account" page. Choose
the title that was damaged or lost, then follow the prompts. You will
be charged a discounted price for the book and it will be cleared from
your account. Subscribers will also be charged a discounted book price on returned books that GUWB deems damaged - we thoroughly inspect books on shipping to make note of condition to ensure we receive books the same we shipped them out. So please handle all books with care
once you receive it and before you ship it back to us. If a book is received damaged, please alert shipping@growupwithbooks.com immediately and we will take the appropriate actions.
Billing and Plans:
Subscriber will be billed a flat fee including taxes once a month, subscriber may cancel any time.
Subscriber's membership fees includes all postage and handling charges.
Upgrades in plans will only result in billing the difference of the plans the following month.
Downgrades in plans will affect the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial months of use will be credited.
Future billing cycles will be billed at the new monthly plan rate as selected by the number of books in upgrade
Cancel Your Plan:
Cancellations
take effect immediately, if and only if there are no pending books in the possession
of the customer at the time of cancellation. Otherwise, cancellation will occur when/if the books are returned for a maximum of 7 days after the first notice of
cancellation.
All
rented books must be returned to GUWB within 1 week of cancellation
After
Cancellation any unreturned books will be subject to standard GUWB fees of
the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for the book.
Special Offers, Promotions, Invitations:
Invitations
and special offers are available only for first-time GUWB customers, unless stated
otherwise on the offer, promotion, or coupon.
Each
promotion code is limited to one per household and cannot be combined with any
other offer(s).
Offers
are valid only within the
United
States and its Territories, are not
transferable and are void where taxed or otherwise prohibited by law.
GUWB understands security, especially when using a credit card. We have added a feature to protect ourselves as well.
Check point was added to ensure a subscriber’s credit card is valid and has a positive balance. The logic works like this: each transaction from a gift card or free trial will freeze $2.00 on the subscriber’s account and then if the freeze is successful this confirms your card is valid.
It then releases the freeze on the $2.00 back to the account. If the freeze is NOT successful you will be prompted to enter a valid cc.
All of this is done in less than a minute so it’s a fairly quick check.
